What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and intentional movement.

Unlike high-intensity workouts that leave you exhausted, Pilates helps you move better, feel stronger, and develop greater awareness of how your body works.
